Furnace Temperature Verification Probe

At Furn-Tek, we supply high-accuracy furnace verification probes for validating critical process temperatures in compliance with industry standards. Product Specification

Sensor Types:

Type R, S, K, J, or PT100

Construction:
  • Ceramic sheathed (for high-temp applications up to 1600 °C)
  • Stainless steel or Inconel sheathed (for general industrial use up to 1250 °C)
Lengths:

Custom-built (300 mm – 1200 mm standard)

Junctions:

Grounded / ungrounded / exposed (as required)

Cable Options:

Fiberglass, braided stainless, PVC, or armored

Output:

mV or resistance (Ω) depending on sensor type

SANAS-Calibrated Certificates

Each verification probe can be supplied with a SANAS-accredited calibration certificate (ISO/IEC 17025), traceable to national standards, including:

  • 3-point or 5-point calibration (based on client requirements)
  • Specified tolerance verification at critical temperature ranges
Certificate includes:
  • Probe serial number
  • Deviation table
  • Uncertainty range
